Marcelina Witek started the final contest from 11th place, then moved to seventh and fifth. In the penultimate round, the result of 63.31 improved her life record - established at ME U23 in Bydgoszcz when she won bronze. The Pole was ahead of Marie Sato (Japan) 62.37 and Jenni Kangas (Finland) 60.98. The Turkish Ed Tugsuz (60.75, Life Record 67.21) and German Christin Hussong (60.59) also surpassed 60 meters.
On September 16, Marcelina will be present in Piotrków Trybunalski's on the Polanik Cup. This is the third edition of the competition organized by Piotrkow City and OSiR.
Due to the 2017 jubilee of the city, this year's cup was awarded the title:
"III Polanik Cup the Athletics Meeting of 800th Anniversary of the City of Piotrków Trybunalski".
In the past years, the stars of the competition were: Szymon Ziółkowski and Wojciech Nowicki.
The final 16* IAAF Diamond League champions of the season will be revealed at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels on Friday (September 1) at the Van Damme Memorial, the second of the two 2017 IAAF Diamond League finals.

Our equipment was already present of few editions of the Diamond League but this time we have signed a contrackt for 4 years and we will supply all finals of the Diamond League in Brussles which are called AG van Damme Memorial. We have become the Official Supplier of the Event and we provide equipmnet to all track events, throwing accessories such as discuses, javelins, shots, landing areas for high jump and pole vault and also triple and long jump.
Memorial of Kamila Skolimowska is Poland’s largest athletic meeting, which gathers the biggest stars of sport. In 2017.
The 8th edition of Kamila Skolimowska Memorial (EA Permit) in National Stadium here was a success with 35 000 spectators and 4 meeting records. Local top stars both hammer world champions won their events clearly with high quality results.
Anita Wlodarczyk ended the season with 79.80 ahead of Malwina Kopron who got 75.40 PB with Joanna Fiodorow third 73.09 and Sophie Hitchon fourth 72.02. Pawel Fajdek similarly dominated the men event with 81.50 ahead of another World
medalist Wojciech Nowicki 77.13. Great post London shape for World record holder Renaud Lavillenie, he found his way with third attempt at opening height over 561.
Poland has finished the 16th IAAF World Championships with the achievements of eight medals. Four of them (including two gold!) are medals in hammer throw - all Polanik Premium Line Hammers, we are very proud!!!!

The European Athletics U23 Championships is an international athletics event for competitors aged between 20 and 23 years old.
They have been organized every two years by the European Athletics since 1997.
From the 13th to the 16th of July we will be able to cheer on the SUPERHEROES rivalry in Bydgoszcz.
Let us remind that last year at the same time Polanik was the supplier of the IAAF World Championships U20. This year we come back to the same stadium called Zawisza and we fully supply the event with Polanik equipment.

We are pleased to annouce that Polanik has become the supplier of great sports event the 20th Maccabiah 2017 in Israel! After Olympic games and Universiade it is the biggest sport event in the world.
Polanik has provided the equipment for all track and field competitions such as: pole vault, hight jump, track events and all throwing disciplines.
During July 4-18 2017, the largest international Jewish-Zionist event will host about 10,000 athletes and 22,000 additional fans from more than 80 countries in a festival of Sports, Jewish continuity and connection to the Center of the Jewish People, the State of Israel.
The first Maccabees were held in Tel Aviv at the Maccabiah Stadium in 1932. There were 500 Jewish athletes from 27 countries. The Polish team took 1st place in the team classification.
